Curried Chicken Wrap

2 tsp of high quality olive oil
4 boneless chicken breasts
Sea salt to taste
1/2 cup yogurt cheese
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup brown rice- then cook
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
Handful of fresh basil
4 x Ezekiel or brown rice wraps

Sautee chicken with 1 tsp olive oil
Spread yogurt cheese on wrap
Mix together and toast wrap on G.F. Grill
