As a personal trainer, my objective is to give you the knowledge and necessary tools to live a healthy lifestyle. I will help you understand how exercise and diet can greatly improve your overall quality of life. Consistency will be required of you to maximize your success and I will be there to encourage you every step of the way.

I participate in and enjoy community fitness events, such as The Great Lake Walk, and the Shawnigan Lake MOMAR. – Mind Over Mountain Adventure Race.
